Refund Policy For Our Services:

Shopify E-Commerce DFY Refund Policy: We guarantee you that we will provide everything shown or we will refund you 100% of any work that has not been completed. You have not received contact from our support team within 72 business hours of the purchase. Takes full 1-2 weeks for the site to be completed, well as quality check of the site. Prior to canceling within middle of the process, changing niche selection and deleting any work we have done for you will not qualify for a full refund. We ensure that you will be satisfied with your overall design, product placements and entire eCommerce website. We also don’t refund for buyers remorse after our services rendered.


Social Stinger Mastermind Coaching Refund Policy : All Mastermind Coaching memberships are based on a thirty (30) reoccurring billing cycle unless you are a lifetime member, which is a one-time fee. By completing your Purchase Agreement and signing as indicated, you authorize us to initiate Recurring Charges to the account identified and for the amount and frequency of charges stated. Recurring charges will be processed on the same date each month until membership cancellation is requested. Cancellation of your membership must be done at least 72 hours before the next recurring payment is due in order to allow for processing times. There is no fee to cancel.

Default Billing: All members are required to keep an active credit card or bank account on file to be used for membership dues. If a payment fails to go through, you may have temporary suspension of services until your next payment is accepted.

Upon your first month or 30 days of membership, if you no longer wish to be part of the Mastermind Coaching, you must contact us. If you have a refund request for the Mastermind Coaching, you must contact us 30 (thirty) days after submitting your Purchase Agreement so we may review your case. We cannot refund previous months membership charges.
